Personally, I've been covering agentic AI since well before it was the latest shiny object and the "must mention" of every technology company, every press release, and every article. In addition, I decided to go back and study agentic AI historically, looking back to the mid-1900s. The more I researched and the more I read, the more I realized that the agents are not yet here. The agents are coming!
